Adam Sunderland – Registered Physiotherapist
Adam Sunderland is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, Sports Injuries and chronic orthopaedic conditions.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sport Psychology from Laurentian University, followed by a Master’s in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa, and later completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.
Before entering clinical practice, Adam applied his expertise in research and statistics while working with the Health Statistics and Health Analysis divisions at Statistics Canada, experiences that strengthened his commitment to evidence-based, data-driven care.
Anne Cusson – Registered Physiotherapist
Anne Cusson is Athletico’s fully bilingual physiotherapist at Athletico, with expertise in sports and military injury management. She holds an Honours Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa.
With nearly 10 years of clinical experience, Anne combines her extensive training and compassionate care to help clients recover, perform, and thrive. Her post-graduate education includes advanced certifications in:
Alisha Dobariya – Registered Physiotherapist
Alisha Dobariya is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong background in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Shadan College of Physiotherapy in Hyderabad, India, and gained valuable clinical experience at the American Brain and Spine Hospital.
Alisha takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care, helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

Richa Rehan is a Registered Physiotherapist, clinic owner, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in physiotherapy. She has expertise in Pelvic Health rehabilitation, dry needling, and Sports Injuries, helping women restore confidence, strength, and comfort in their bodies.
As a passionate women’s health educator, Richa combines clinical expertise with empathy to create a safe and empowering space for her patients. She is dedicated to raising awareness about pelvic health and breaking the stigma around women’s health issues.
